I had Plantar Fasciitis three years ago, got it cured, and then ran Boston at age 66. I now always have orthotics in all of my shoes, and I wear Spenco Total Supports any time I am going without shoes, around the house, fishing on the boat, or on quick errand trips. I live in the Florida Keys. I have an inside pair and an outside pair just to keep things clean.
