Product Overview
SuperFeet GREEN Insoles with Medium to High Arches have been on the market for more than 30 years and are our most popular SuperFeet product. Designed especially for shoes with removable inserts, these high-profile shoe insoles are the recommended choice for those who want maximum shock absorption and support.
These insoles from FootCareDepot.com feature FOUNDATION brand XLPE cross-linked polyethylene foam for durable biomechanical support. An ultra-light and moisture-resistant foam, it reduces shock while increasing overall comfort. Top covers are treated with Agion antimicrobial technology. This silver-based agent provides long-lasting protection against smelly and potentially harmful bacteria, allowing for clean, fresh shoes every day.
SuperFeet Green Insoles also feature a stabilizer cap for complete underfoot support. This cap cradles the fat pad of the heel, improving natural shock absorption. It also helps prevent painful skeletal alignment issues that can make you feet and legs hurt and severely impact your overall health.
With SuperFeet Green Insoles, you can stand, walk and work longer than ever before while remaining pain-free. Plus, you’re helping improve your foot health with every properly aligned step you take.

Common Questions:
How do these shoe insoles make a difference?
Lots of supposedly cushioned insoles are just gel or soft foam and nothing else. They’re comfortable for a while, but with no firm, stabilizing cap, they don’t provide much long-term support. Like sleeping on a broken-down mattress that’s lost its springiness, the result isn’t good. Soon, your foot alignment and foot fatigue issues return. With SuperFeet insoles, multiple technologies work together for long-lasting comfort.
Do these shoe insoles help with plantar fasciitis?
In most cases they do, although there’s no one insert brand that works for everyone. SuperFeet insoles hold the back of the foot in a neutral position, and that allows for better bone and muscle alignment, helping plantar fasciitis, pain from heel spurs and more. There’s a reason this is such a popular brand.
Will these make my shoes smell?
Although these shoe insoles are designed to prevent bacteria buildup, some people notice an odor when using them. To prevent this, clean the insoles twice a week, remove them at night so shoes and inserts can air out and don’t wear the same shoes more than three days in a row. In addition, you may want to try different brands of socks or nylons, add a teaspoon of baby powder under the footbed or put some scented body lotion on your feet. Soaking feet weekly in Epsom salts can also clean away odor-causing bacteria.
What if the manufacturer’s inlays don’t come out of my shoes?
We don’t recommend using SuperFeet insoles on top a manufacturer’s inlay, but in some cases these aren’t removable. If the SuperFeet insoles will fit without making shoes too tight, they may work with the company insoles still in place. SuperFeet three-quarter length insoles are designed to work with the company insoles in place.
What if my insoles squeak?
Squeaking usually goes away after insoles mold to your feet, so allow a week or two. If they still squeak, apply some baby powder inside the shoes under the insoles and especially under the plastic cap. Jamming insoles that are too long into shoes can also cause a squeak.
Why is the arch support so far back?
It’s normal to feel that the arch support of SuperFeet insoles is too far back. That’s a natural part of the insoles trying to correct fallen arches and other foot alignment issues. The feeling will go away, but it could take from a few minutes to a couple of weeks. When the feeling is gone, you know your feet are getting healthier. As long as your insoles are the correct size, the feeling that the arch is in the wrong place is a sign that they’re helping you.
